My name is Dr. Meghalee Das and I am an Assistant Professor in the School of Writing, Rhetoric, and Technical Communication at James Madison University. I got my Ph.D. in Technical Communication & Rhetoric at Texas Tech University, and M.A. in Technical Communication at Texas State University. My research interests include user experience (UX), communication technologies, professional and business communication, workplace collaborative writing, intercultural technical communication, online instructional design, and digital rhetoric.
I have received various awards for my research, teaching, and service from national organizations like the CPTSC, ATTW, Kairos, STC, and CCCC. Besides technical communication, I have experience in business administration (MBA), journalism, and English (B.A. and M.A.).
